Richard David Rogen

Richard David Rogen has been practicing Immigration Law for nearly forty (40) years. He received a law degree from La Verne School of Law. He has a no-nonsense, tell-it how it is approach respected by all his clients. He is highly regarded by his colleagues and has garnered an impeccable reputation among government attorneys, government officials, Judges, and clients alike. His roster of clients include recently-arrived foreigners, individuals who have lived in the shadows for decades in the United States without any legal status, victims of fraud, as well as publicly traded companies in industries, such as: entertainment, internet, business, accounting, marketing, health care, software design, development and consulting, engineering, medical technology, food industry, etc.

Mr. Rogen is a member of the California State Bar, having being admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court in December 1975. He has also been admitted to the Federal District Court and the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. In addition, he is also a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the Immigration Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA).
